The verticality of the mast determines whether the drilled hole is qualified, especially for pile drivers. Verticality is a crucial indicator of building reliability. Therefore, how to maintain good verticality or drill at a specific angle is a common issue encountered during construction. In electro-hydraulic control systems, this function can be achieved by directly installing a dual-axis inclination sensor on the mast. Meanwhile, operators can input tilt data through the PLC human-machine interface device, and the drill will automatically proceed at the set angle.
The inclination sensor products we provide include:
1. Single-axis, dual-axis (measuring tilt angles in forward-backward and left-right directions)
2. Measuring range: 0～±180° (optional)
3. Power supply voltage: DC 9～36V (can be directly connected to the equipment's battery)
4. Output signals: 0～5V, 4～20mA, RS232/485, CAN bus, switch signals, and other analog or digital methods.
